Jeralyn Fleig, MBA

My parents started and ran a business in Sacramento, so I spent much of my youth observing the challenges, complex problems, frustrations, joy, and pride that came with running a successful business. Through this, I picked up many of the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in my career.

After graduating University of San Francisco with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), I spent the next 20 years working with large law firms, the largest and best known payroll company (ADP), and a large pharmaceutical company (GSK).

These career moves assisted in developing a diverse background by exposing me to various training and educational programs not readily available through the University system. Over this time, I always felt a strong calling to start a small business as my parents had done so many years earlier. Running a business seemed very natural to me, as did my desire to help others in business who did not know where to turn for assistance.

Since establishing Leave It To Jeralyn in 2013, I have used my work experience to provide confidential and non-judgmental help to small businesses, seniors, busy professionals, and individuals in need of a financial organizer and assistance with other financial tasks. I also assist family fiduciary/trustees in their roles, ensuring the trust and/or will is executed properly. I work with a number of law offices handling the trust accountings for their clients. I have been able to help people accomplish tasks from the mundane and tedious, to very complex. The benefits to my clients have been improved quality of life with less stress, aggravation, and chaos - and often times a financial savings.

I have developed a diverse background with experience in accounts payable, payroll, Quickbooks, Long Term Care insurance plans, project management, negotiating bids and contracts - just to name a few!

Today we have seen Leave It To Jeralyn grow from a small home office to our new location at 900 University Avenue.

Alyse graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of San Francisco’s Entrepreneurship Program. She joined our team as a Marketing Assistant who oversees content creation, and digital marketing. Alyse loves to play tennis, spend time with her dogs, and travel.
